About this event
Looxid Labs, a metaverse-based digital health start-up, is hosting an alpha testing event at 5th avenue in Manhattan, the center of New York City. We are presenting an innovative product named CarePlay that allows users to experience mental health service - service that is powered by biosignal measurement technology delivered through gamification & playfulness. We'd love to know your thoughts, so we can keep making CarePlay that fits our user's needs.

Join CarePlay Alpha Testing Event!
Event is targeted for iOS users (iPhone & Apple watch) who are looking for a unique experience & to be part of the exciting alpha testing event. We are especially interested in hearing from individuals with mental health awareness, pursuit of healthy habits, appreciation of outdoor activities, & willingness to experience coaching through online app service.

How to Join the Testing Event
Register: register to participate in the testing event for our research studies.
Participate: If you're a potential match for an upcoming studies, we'll send you a follow-up questionnaire & details about next steps.
Attend: The location of the testing event will take place on-site, Manhattan, New York.
Reward: after completing the session, participants will get a giftcard to thank them for their time.

Other Notice
Only a selected amount of people will be able to experience the alpha version of CarePlay.
The on-site user research session will take 20~30 minutes per participants at any time suitable to them.
A qualified eligible participants will be invited to join in a Focus Group Interview(FGI) for in-depth user research.
All information will remain confidential & will only accessed by the CarePlay User Research team.
If you are selected to participate in a user research session, you will be required to sign a Participation Agreement provided by Looxid Labs.
Participants may be asked for information for verification process.
The photos & videos taken during the event may be used as a content on various media channels.
