With over a decade of experience in traditional finance, he previously led credit derivatives trading at Jefferies, Deutsche Bank, & Citadel Securities. Amelia Hu is a Senior Consultant at Efficio, where she leads strategic sourcing & procurement transformation projects for Fortune 500 clients. With over five years of experience across consulting, operations, & supply chain, she brings a proven track record in cost optimization & cross-functional delivery. She previously served as a Senior Purchasing Agent at AECOM Tishman, supporting major infrastructure projects in New York, & also held a part-time role as Chief Operating Officer at PredX.ai, an AI-driven startup focused on procurement innovation. Amelia's experience spans both established corporations & early-stage ventures, giving her a unique perspective on operational strategy across industries.
David Gan is the Founder & General Partner of Inception Capital, an early-stage venture firm bridging Asia & the West through investments in transformative Web3 projects. Previously, he held leadership roles at Huobi Global, including Global Director of Strategy & Managing Director of Huobi Labs, where he led major crypto investments & ecosystem development. Earlier, he co-founded startups such as MoShi Accelerator & began his career in M&A at Morgan Stanley. His background combines institutional finance, venture building, & deep crypto expertise.
