Justin Amos, Senior National Sales Manager 1031 Specialist for JTC, overseeing day-to-day operations & the strategic growth of the 1031 exchange department. He is an expert in tax-advantaged investments such as DSTs & Opportunity Zones & has been featured in the New England Real Estate Journal. Justin is a frequent speaker at industry events, sharing his knowledge & insights.
Akanksha Raina is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in strategic roles. Most recently at McKinsey, Akanksha has been a Director of Real Estate at Common, where she led expansion efforts for the team's coliving portfolio in Canada & the Mid-West. Previously, at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, she advised on key real estate transactions & planning for major city-owned properties, driving economic growth & development. She is an architect & city planner by training & enjoys walking around in the city.
