Join Ellevate in celebration of Veteran's Day for a hard-hitting conversation about disability in the workplace. We'll hear the personal stories of inspiring women & how we can support them.

As reported by Harvard Business Review: Not only do employees with disabilities comprise a large talent pool, it's a remarkably innovative one: 75% of them report having an idea that would drive value for their company. Despite this, individuals with disabilities frequently encounter workplace discrimination & career plateaus, which means everyone loses - those individuals with impactful ideas & the larger systems that could be benefitting from them.

It's time to talk about this. But a successful conversation around disability in the workplace encompasses more than just ticking off the check boxes regarding compliance & adaptation. It's about true empathy & willingness to understand how our differences can drive innovation & tap untapped talent potential.

So join us for a special Leading with Empathy event in celebration of Veteran's Day. We'll sit down with a number of inspiring women in our community, each speaking out, making change, & pushing bounds for individuals in the workplace with visible & invisible disabilities. In these series of fireside chats, we'll hear the personal stories of each speaker, discuss practical strategies to get more diverse voices to the table, & innovation & adaptation in the workplace.
