Watch a live taping of The Feedback Loop on Tuesday, February 4th!
Every week, we invite a batch of early-stage startup founders to sharpen their pitch - in front of a live audience & later released on YouTube. After they deliver their 1 minute pitch, they'll receive 5 minutes of direct, actionable feedback on their pitch & concept from our check-writing investor judges.
As always, hosted by Sherveen Mashayekhi, Founder & CEO of Free Agency. Joining Sherveen at the judge's table for the very first time will be Mirit Lugassi, investor at Laconia.
Want to pitch? Apply here! Important: this is an in-person event & will be recorded - but startups are all about execution, so don't be afraid of getting your idea out into the world!
Mirit Lugassi is an investor at Laconia Capital, where she leads pre-seed & seed investments in B2B software companies. She cut her teeth in finance & fintech operations, including scaling a venture-backed AI/ML fintech startup (DueDil) & serving as VP of Customer Operations at an edtech company (Batelle). She then led investment strategy at SeedImpact, orchestrating deals between mission-driven angels & founders, & helped build 51 Unicorns, an investment club focused on female retail investors.
A New York lawyer by training, she's now putting her operational & legal expertise to work backing the next generation of B2B software companies. In other words, she brings the rare combination of having built, operated, & invested in early-stage startups - understanding what it takes to succeed on both sides of the term sheet.
The session is unscripted & unfolds in real time - the judges don't know the founders' ideas upon their arrival. There are no slides, there is no script, & there is no live funding happening - it's all about the natural pitch. Because the thing that holds most founders back? Storytelling. It always comes back to storytelling.
Doors open at 6pm ET, & the show will begin at 6:30pm.
