Bio: Matt Daniels is among the founding team of The Pudding, a site that explains ideas debated in culture with visual essays. He frequently writes about topics in pop culture, from film dialogue (https://pudding.cool/2017/03/film-dialogue/) to rapper vocabularies (https://pudding.cool/2017/02/vocabulary/) to music taste (https://pudding.cool/2017/03/music-history/), as well as the process of making data-led stories, such as the the annual State of The Pudding & the Journalist Engineer. He started his career making well-designed Powerpoint slides.
