I am convinced that nothing we do is more important than hiring & developing people. At the end of the day, you bet on people, not on strategies. - Lawrence Bossidy, Former CEO of AlliedSignal, COO of General Electric
Based on the hundreds of conversations we've had with founders, we've found that building a strong team is, at once, both the most challenging aspect of growing a company & the most important job of a founder. It requires thoughtful planning & vision about what your company will need in the next few years, & the kind of culture you want to start building from day 1
And as you grow your company from 3 employees, to 10, to 30, to 100+, how does your hiring strategy change? What about your culture? And how do you manage & lead your growing team?
Join us as we discuss hiring, culture, & leadership topics for entrepreneurs:

Hiring your first 10 employees

Hiring & recruiting strategies

Defining your company culture

Creating a diverse & inclusive workforce

Managing a team through the inherent ups, downs, & changes of any startup

Building & managing startup teams

Developing leadership skills as a founder/manager

Succeeding in the long term as a leader

And much more!
