Our Meetup:
We are specifically focused on active deals: matching projects that need funding with investors who have funds & are looking for deals.
Everyone is welcome to come, but investors & entrepreneurs are preferred.
Based on past meetups, we have run out of space & time before so there will be a maximum of 10 people presenting.
Presenters are on a "First come, First serve" basis.
As usual, the Meetup is broken up into 3 parts:
Part 1: Meet & Greet
Part 2: Deal Presentations
Deal presentations must be under 10min, including Q & A
Part 3: Mingle
Presentations will now be strictly limited to 5 minutes + 2 minutes Q&A
To present your deal, bring any supporting information you have.
If you need assistance setting something up in advance, please let me know 1-2 days in advance.
We have no restrictions on what kind of deal you want to present, anything goes.
We invest in:
Growth Capital: Investments in "post-revenue" startups
Private Equity: Buyouts of companies w/ sales above $5M
Real Estate: Purchasing properties with cap rates above 6%
Ps: As before I will gather all attendees information & email it to everyone at the end of the Meetup.
