Learn How to Sell
Sales goes without saying is one of, if not the most critical problem that most AI startup faces (and VCs care an awful lot). This hands-on workshop will give early-stage founders a practical playbook for founder-led sales, before hiring an expensive sales team or committing significant budget to customer acquisition. We'll cover how to identify & reach your first customers when nobody knows your name, run effective outreach & customer conversations, turn early wins into a repeatable sales motion, & build the foundation for your first 100, & eventually 1,000 customers. The goal is simple: learn to sell your product yourself, validate what works, & only scale the sales function when the business is ready.

Who should attend?
This workshop is built for early-stage founders who need customers before they need a sales team. Whether you're preparing to launch, looking for your first 10-100 customers, or still figuring out a repeatable sales motion, you'll learn how to take ownership of sales & get closer to what customers actually want. It's especially useful for founders who want to validate demand, sharpen their pitch, build an early pipeline, & generate revenue without prematurely committing to expensive sales hires, agencies, or large acquisition budgets.
