What is the Virtual Reality & Healthcare Showcase?
Over the last couple of years, we felt that there was something missing from an event perspective for professionals to learn more about the virtual reality & healthcare industry.
After attending a number of general healthcare technology investment conferences, we started to notice that even though there were presentations & pitches from various healthcare technology startups, with maybe one or two VR/AR companies represented, there were hardly any opportunities to try the technology & talk to the companies.
We've designed this showcase to be a regionally focused one day event to bring as many VR/AR healthcare companies from around the world together to demonstrate their products, technology & vision to a regional audience.
The intended audience is the investment community interested to learn more about the market & opportunities, as well as the healthcare practitioner community to learn about the current state of the technology & applications. We also welcome professionals of all industries & students.
We are excited to be partnering with the RLab of New York City. The event will take place from 10:00am-4:00pm. There will be no scheduled presentations. It is designed to allow busy professionals to take a couple of hours out of their day to get an understanding of the market.
