Join People Who Thrive, a monthly gathering for goal-driven New Yorkers looking for community.
At each People Who Thrive meeting, a speaker talks for 10 minutes about a time in their life or their career when they asked for help, & receiving that help had a transformative impact. Then, everyone has one minute to address the group & share their elevator pitch, their ask (something they need help with), & an offer (a way they can be of service to others). When the floor is open for 1:1 conversations, it's easy to walk right up to someone you can help, someone who can help you, someone who is working on something inspiring, or someone who you might want to be friends with.
The gathering is typically 30% founders, 40% Big Tech employees, & 30% other folks (working artists, small business owners, those with corporate jobs).
Come ready with your elevator pitch, your "ask," & an "offer" to share with the group, & quickly connect with people you can help & people who want to help you.
Enjoy a self-serve cocktail & mocktail bar while meeting other go-getters who know they can't do it alone.
After the event, you can join the private People Who Thrive slack channel, where everyone can re-state their elevator pitch, ask, & offer after the event, making it easy to follow-up on new relationships & opportunities.
