What structural elements are in place that limit transparency into deal-making practices? What are best principles & practices to do community-centered tech development in New York? What did New York gain & lose from the Amazon HQ2 process? What can we do the next time a major tech development project comes along to ensure New York families, communities, & businesses benefit?
