DETAILS

There are many ways to identify insights & validate ideas, though many product development teams stick to a small number of approaches. This talk walks through different ways to test ideas, from 1:1 user interviews to A/B testing at scale.Main takeaways:- Define your goals, figure out whether you have sufficient projects to achieve them, & how you're going to validate your initiatives. - Create your toolbox of ways to identify insights & validate ideas as effectively as possible. Add to this toolbox whenever you get the chance.- Be pragmatic when it comes to validating ideas. Different situations call for different types of testing so don't get hung up on one way of doing things.
