This talk walks through different ways to test ideas, from 1:1 user interviews to A/B testing at scale.Main takeaways:- Define your goals, figure out whether you have sufficient projects to achieve them, & how you're going to validate your initiatives. - Create your toolbox of ways to identify insights & validate ideas as effectively as possible.
