CREATING AN INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR MENTAL HEALTH AT WORK
ABOUT
It might not be obvious, but a lot of mental health challenges start in the workplace.
While many companies are taking steps to address this problem, studies show that 89% of people in 2019 still internalize their workplace stress- & employees between the ages of 35-55 are not likely to help each other with these issues.
It's time to break the silence on mental health at work & create lasting change from the bottom up.
On 10/10, join us to hear from a range of speakers who will share ways to be a more supportive co-worker, manage your own stress, & make work a safe space to bring your whole self.
DONATE YOUR TICKET
You can either attend for free or purchase a $20 ticket, all proceeds of which will go to Made of Millions -a global mental health advocacy nonprofit.
BRING A CO-WORKER, WIN A PRIZE
Have a co-worker you care about? Come to the event together for a special prize from one of our partners.
OPEN TO ALL
Because mental health affects everyone, this event is not exclusive to any gender. Anyone interested is welcome & encouraged to attend.
