Why? Today, the median net worth for Black families is appx $24K. By 2053, that number will be ZERO. We need to change directions & save our future. We have a lot of work to do to change equity in hiring & funding, but Blueprint 2053 is our first step towards change.
How? In a room of 300+ likeminded individuals, we are leveraging peer to peer education to give attendees tactical information from experienced practioners in industries of their choice, granting access to a blueprint that has worked for them, so you can develop your own. By the time you leave the summit, you would have learned how to launch, scale & sustain your business/career while accessing opportunities for funding & hiring.

Indie Creator Society (ICS) is a Black owned digital community designed to empower creative entrepreneurs & professionals by closing the gap between us, scalable enterprises & sustainable careers. By making information available through free or low cost edutainment programming, & issuing equity free grants to founders/creatives via our non profit Indie Creator Fund- we've committed to up-leveling our community with access to education, jobs & capital.
Founded in 2018, ICS has helped hundreds of creative entrepreneurs & professionals around the globe actualize their goals through thoughtful live programming with partners like Soho House, virtual think tanks & discussions led by FAANG executives, access to jobs within the ICS network, & funding via Indie Creator Fund which has proudly been able to reinvest $370,000 in funding & creative resources to Black creatives & founders in need. They're on a journey to investing 3 million dollars by December 2024.
