<P><STRONG>Paul Grossinger</STRONG><BR> Paul is a twenty-six year old New York and mid-Atlantic entrepreneur, angel investor, and syndicator. He is the Founder of Gaingels, the first investment network backing LGBT founders, which has 120 members worldwide and which led or co-led investment of $5m+ in 10 companies in 2015, and Blue Jay, the first investment network backing Johns Hopkins alumni, which led or co-led investment of $3m in 7 companies in 2015. He is also GP of A-Level Capital and of the new Inclusion Fund, which is launching in March and backs LGBT minority founders under the age of 30 to help foment positive social change through capitalism. As a private investor, he has backed eight funds, including Brooklyn Bridge, Rothenberg, Co-Venture, and Angelfire, and has made 74 startup investments to date, including standouts Reserve, Epi.ep, Tradeit, and Tinybop, and he is a senior advisor and investor in early-stage standouts including: Puzzle Social, Mycotechnology, MPowerd, Emocha, and Elemental Path. As an entrepreneur, he is currently Chief Evangelist at Imperative, where he is also the lead investor, and was co-founder at Pervasive Group and L&M Media. As a philanthropist, he has served as a Board of Governors member for Startout, advisor to Out in Tech, and Board Member for Marriage Equality USA. He writes regularly for Inc.com and is a graduate of Columbia Universitys School of Journalism and the <BR> Johns Hopkins University.</P>

<P><STRONG>Chris Fortunato</STRONG><BR> Chris is a Principal at KEC where he focuses on digital media, ecommerce and vertically-specific enterprise software. Chris came to KEC with a background in financial research and analysis. Prior to KEC Ventures he worked at Aegis Capital performing research on U.S. equities. Before his time at Aegis, Chris worked in the Capital Markets Division at Janney Montgomery Scott. He was a member of the High Yield Corporate Credit team at Delaware Investments prior to his tenure at JMS. Chris has a passion for education and learning. He authored a self-tutoring mathematics textbook for students preparing for standardized exams. Chris holds a bachelor of science from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.</P>

<P><STRONG>Mat Kaliski</STRONG><BR> <SPAN STYLE="line-height: 19.6px;">Mat is an Associate for Rubicon Venture Capital and focuses on sourcing and evaluating early stage companies, conducts diligence on potential investments and supports Rubicons portfolio companies and fund operations. Prior to joining Rubicon, Mat was an Investment Banking Analyst in the TMT Group at Cowen, a growth-focused investment bank. Prior to Cowen, Mat interned in Sales at Barclays and WePay, a fintech startup in Palo Alto. Mat graduated from Boston College, cum laude, with a BS degree in Finance and a minor in International Studies for Management with a focus on Eastern Europe. While at Boston College, Mat was a three-year member of the Boston College Venture Competition executive committee where he helped to foster the entrepreneurship culture at BC. Mat was born and raised in Poland and currently resides in New York City. Outside of Rubicon, Mat is an avid traveler having backpacked through 33 countries (and counting), is passionate about education reform and is a fervent burger and coffee aficionado.</SPAN></P>
