- Clara Fletcher is a data-driven entrepreneur & 11 patent recipient, & the founder of CareerStar, a fun, encouraging, data-first professional development platform for the future workforce. She serves as CEO in Residence at the New York Institute of Technology, leads her alumni association, volunteers as a Girl Scout troop leader, & convenes biweekly networking events.
- Shelly Kapoor Collins is Managing Director at Sway Capital, co-leading Sway Impact to back diverse founders across healthcare, education, economic development, & the environment. She founded the Shatter Fund & Shatter Foundation, held national public-service tech roles under the Obama Administration & in California, & has been recognized by the Economic Times' Top 20 Global Influential Indian Women & Forbes' 40 Women to Watch Over 40.
