We're so excited to announce our July 2021 MLUX Tech Talk with Runway co-founder, Cristbal Valenzuela! Runway is one of our favorite tools for GANs, Style Transfers, & so much more generative ML & AI - & one of the tools we can see in the future helping artists & creators use AI to generate new art!

About Runway
Runway is creating the next-generation of creative tools. We use machine intelligence to build new types of creative tools across video, images, music, & text. Beyond the next best algorithm that achieves state-of-the-art performance on a benchmark, we want to design models which provide users abstractions to create & allow people to tell stories in new ways.
We have built a tools that makes machine learning easy & accessible for all types of creatives. Independent creators & studios use Runway to generate new shoe designs, create music videos, reimagine interior design, & augment VFX workflows. Runway has also become the de-facto tool in universities & schools around the world to teach students about artificial intelligence - from architectural programs at MIT to self-organized independent workshops in Per.

About Cris
Cristbal Valenzuela is a Chilean-born technologist & software developer. He is a co-founder of Runway.Previously, he was a researcher at New York University mainly working on the development of ml5.js.
