EVENT DETAILS |
When you're early, getting your first customers signed becomes everyone's job whether you're the CTO or the contractor. But, hustling deals can only last so long before you need to get serious about the sales process & bring on experienced sales professionals to scale at a much higher level.
Jason Hawkins, Head of East Coast Sales at Nextdoor, sits down for a fireside chat to share how to get boots on the ground selling your product & best practices on building a successful sales team at a startup. He'll discuss how he was able to grow his team at Nextdoor with lean resources & selling tactics on how to push sales across the line to generate revenue much earlier.
Jason will answer questions on what your first account executive should look like - & your 100th, along with how to attract, hire, train, & motivate your sales team when sales are low or, in the beginning, non-existent.
Networking & drinks to follow.
