This year's Demo Day is an opportunity for the most innovative LGBTQ startups from the StartOut community to demonstrate their products, discuss their go-to-market strategy & pitch for future fundraising rounds in front of a panel of angel investors, venture capitalists & brands.
Join us for an evening of discussion among some of the brightest entrepreneurs & investors in our community. There will be ample time for you to make new connections, share ideas with other like-minded individuals & build your network.

Meet Our Judges:
ErhanSoyer-Osman is an investor on the Two Sigma Ventures team & focuses on early-stage companies using advanced technology across different sectors.He was previously Director of Corporate Development & Investor Experience at Jet.com, where he focused his time on acquisitions in the Fashion space, & later the acquisition of Jet.com by Walmart in September 2016. Erhan met the Jet.com team while he was at Morgan Stanley, where he spent time both in Equity Research & Investment Banking & focused on M&A/Fundraising/IPOs for high-growth consumer internet companies including Etsy, Alibaba, & Twitter. Erhan began his career at Microsoft on the Windows 7 team, later moving to Munich to grow Microsoft's machine-learning efforts in Europe. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern & studied Engineering at the University of Toronto.
Alexandra Tanner is AVP of Digital Marketing & ecommerce at L'Oral & has extensive experience working with startups. In her prior role as the Director of eCommerce, Digital Marketing & CRM for Giorgio Armani Beauty at L'Oreal, Alexandra was in charge of crafting the brand's eCommerce & interactive strategy across the US. Born & raised in Montreal, Quebec, Alexandra is now proud to call NYC her home.
