Please join us for a morning focused on diversity & inclusion with Founders for Change, an All Raise initiative & NYC Blend.
About this Event
We seek to bring together venture-backed founders, & other tech leaders, who are committed to fostering diversity & inclusion within their company culture & provide tools to help them take action.
We will kickoff the morning with lightning talks by the founders of Warby Parker, Dia & Co, & Jopwell, who will share stories & tactics about their personal approach to bringing diversity & inclusion to their teams, their board rooms & their broader customer communities.
Then we will break out into small groups, led by leaders from Etsy, The Wing, Bravely, Digital Ocean to share insights on hiring & scaling inclusive & diverse cultures across early & late stage. We look forward to seeing you there!
