Nick Culbertson is the Managing Director of Techstars AI Health Baltimore, powered by Johns Hopkins University & CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. The mission of the Techstars AI Health Baltimore accelerator is to empower AI healthcare startups to achieve rapid commercial traction through mentorship, resources, & network access, accelerating their path to market leadership & sustainable impact.
Bradley Tusk - Founder & CEO, Tusk Ventures
Bradley Tusk is a venture capitalist, political strategist, philanthropist, & writer. He is the co-founder & Managing Partner of Tusk Venture Partners, the world's first venture capital fund that invests solely in early-stage startups in highly regulated industries, & the founder of political consulting firm Tusk Strategies. He also recently launched Tusk Ventures, an equity-for-service firm offering world-class regulatory, communications, & strategic expertise to help startups & growing businesses to navigate regulation, expand into new markets, & reduce regulatory & political risk.
Bradley's family foundation is funding & leading the national campaign to bring mobile voting to all U.S. elections. Tusk Philanthropies also runs & funds anti-hunger campaigns that have led to the creation of anti-hunger policies & programs, including universal school breakfast programs, in 21 different states, helping to feed nearly 13 million people.
Evan Cohen - Principal at Morgan Health Ventures
Evan is a principal at Morgan Health focused on investing in growth-stage companies engaged in the employer-sponsored health insurance market. Previously, Evan co-led the value-based solutions business at Aetion, a real-world evidence company that is now part of Datavant. Prior to Aetion, Evan served as an investor at Healthbox, where he supported the DaVita Venture Group Fund. He also led corporate development & payer strategy at Genoa Healthcare, a long-term care pharmacy company acquired by OptumRx during his tenure.

Perrin Joel is the Founder of HealthTechQuity & Client Solutions Director at BioTalent, a global Life Science staffing firm. Her experience is specialized in the digital health space, & she enjoys building community & connecting people in the space.
