As the Production Partner at Blockstack, Xan is on the front line of decentralized application development. With a background in private equity, investment banking, & the military, Xan is passionate about driving the creation, growth, & expansion of application ecosystems through his role with Blockstack PBC.

Jessie Zhou, Dapp.com
Jessie is the digital marketer at Dapp.com. She was exposed to the concept of blockchain back in 2017 & after joining Dapp.com, she got to take a deeper look into the blockchain market & became passionate about educating people about the massive potential of the blockchain technology.

Justin Hunter, Graphite
Justin Hunter is the founder of Graphite, a secure productivity suite. Coming from a non-development background, Justin has an MFA in Creative Writing, a BS in Business Administration, & a whole lot of hours logged on Udemy, forums, Stackoverflow, & more. He is based in Dallas, TX & is working on making Graphite the go-to alternative for those who want a secure set of tools to get work done.

Larry Salibra, New Internet Labs
He co-founded Pay4Bugs, a crowdsourced security analysis & software testing platform, & is a founding member of the Bitcoin Association of Hong Kong. His work exposed private data leakage in Chinese Tinder clone Tantan, & how Apple censors apps in China.
