Join us for FarCon Poker, a lively side event at FarCon NYC, the annual gathering of Farcaster's community of innovators, builders, & network contributors. Hosted by @chrislarsc.eth, this casual poker night is the perfect opportunity to unwind, test your poker face, & connect with fellow Farcasters in a relaxed & friendly atmosphere.
We'll be playing at a private poker club conveniently located in downtown NYC, complete with professional dealers & a dedicated banker to smoothly handle all buy-ins & payouts. You can easily participate using USDC, Venmo, or CashApp, making it hassle-free to jump right into the action.
To cover the cost of our dealers, we're asking for a modest $20 contribution per player. Remember, there's no rake-every chip you win stays yours! It's customary (and appreciated!) to tip your dealer when you scoop up a nice pot, so keep that in mind as you stack your winnings.
As we get closer to the event, we'll finalize the stakes based on everyone's interest & comfort level, likely ranging from a friendly $1 to $5 big blind. Whether you're a seasoned poker shark or just looking to have fun & meet new friends, this game is for you.
