About this Event
As a startup founder, we understand your passion & focus is on creating great products- but it's also important to build your company culture from the get-go, & avoid legal issues that can have a real impact on your new venture. It is critical that you pay careful attention to make sure your hiring process doesn't violate any laws, & that your company is compliant with labor regulations. (Hint: Investors will demand this during their due diligence!)
Our featured speakers will examine key employment-related issues & provide best practices & tips to guard against regulatory scrutiny, protect your startup, & comply with employment regulations- from hiring to termination.
