The ClimateTech Innovation Showcase is a full day event dedicated to celebrating 20+ startups & their climate tech solutions.
About this event
Scale for ClimateTech & the Consulate General of Canada in New York is pleased to invite you to the ClimateTech Innovation Showcase - a full day dedicated to celebrating ClimateTech innovators. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear pitches & presentations, see products & solutions on display, network, & engage with ecosystem players & New York State manufacturers.
This event will highlight the successes of our Scale for ClimateTech's Cohort 4, the MaRS Women in CleanTech Accelerator cohorts & alumni as they showcase their hardware products & software solutions. By showcasing together, we aim to reinforce our joint dedication in supporting the growth of climate technologies & the founders that push us towards a more robust & equitable climate future across North America & beyond.
This will also include a $20,000 Manufacturing Pitch Competition where elected hardware innovators will pitch to a panel of judges in the manufacturing space who will determine the feasibility of startups' manufacturing roadmap to commercialization. Find out more here.

9:00am - 9:30am | Registration / Breakfast
9:30am - 10:00am | Welcome
10:00am - 11:00am | Showcase Presentations. Short presentations from startups to learn how they are bringing their products to market by de-risking their manufacturing process, & what you can do as an investor, partner, or manufacturer to accelerate their path to market.
9:00am - 3:00pm | ClimateTech Innovation Showcase
12:00am - 1:00pm | Investor Speed Dating
12:00 - 1:30pm | Lunch
1:30pm - 3:00pm | Manufacturing Roadmap Pitch Competition. Selected hardware innovators will pitch to a panel of judges in the manufacturing space who will determine the feasibility of startups' manufacturing roadmap to commercialization.
The winner will receive a cash prize of $20,000, & in-kind support from Scale For ClimateTech & NY State manufacturers.
3:30pm - 4:00pm | Closing Ceremony / Announce Winner of Manufacturing Roadmap Prize
4:00pm - 5:30pm | Networking Happy Hour

To be eligible for the competition, startups must apply for & attend the Scale For ClimateTech Manufacturing Bootcamp, & submit a pitch deck (template provided). You can find out more about the pitch competition here. Selected teams will be informed of their opportunity to win the prize.
