Be part of this exciting event where the most forward thinking companies will present their solutions to property experts & vie for cash prizes. The PropTech Challenge leverages the abundant tech talent from New York City & beyond, focusing on addressing the Big Apple's distinctive carbon reduction requirements while fostering global partnerships.
This year's challenge will focus on carbon measurement & reduction in the commercial real estate sector. The objective is to help building owners achieve net-zero emissions. To do this, we aim to identify solutions that can accurately quantify a building's carbon footprint, suggest effective ways to lower emissions, & track the results using reliable metrics.
The challenge culminates in a live event during New York Real Estate Tech Week, featuring judges, participants, & speakers from influential organizations including REBNY. Following the event, attendees can enjoy a unique sunset cruise & networking party on the Hudson River, complete with a full bar & stunning views of the Manhattan skyline.
