Neepa is the Founder & CEO of Themis - a next generation governance, risk & compliance platform. Formerly she was an OCC Bank Regulator through the 2007 credit crisis, a Compliance Officer at a Fintech & a Compliance Officer at Morgan Stanley / Deutsche Bank. She's been on all sides of Compliance & Risk & now built a tool to address everyone's pain points.
Sonal Bagga, Founder of Namma
Sonal is the founder of Namma. She left BCG in 2021 as 'Director of Engineering' with 21 years of experience to build this platform. Prior to this she held positions at Goldman Sachs, Jet.com & Motorola. She also has a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
Frida Leibowitz, Co-Founder & CEO of Debbie
Co-Founder & CEO at Debbie, Frida previously did credit risk + product at Marcus by Goldman Sachs. BS in Business & Political Economy at NYU Stern. As an immigrant, first-gen college graduate & wealth builder, she is passionate about helping others achieve financial security because she has experienced the lack of it.
Tanya Krishnakumar, Platform & Partnerships Manager at Rise NY
Tanya started her career at Barclays in Credit Risk before moving over to Rise NY. Having majored in Digital Marketing & FinTech in college, she's passionate about helping founders get the resources they need to develop their innovative solutions & change the banking industry.
Javier Sanz Fernandez, FRM, Head of Network Strategy (Bank Partnerships) at Novo
Javier Sanz Fernandez is a seasoned fintech & finance executive with more than 15 years of experience in strategy, transformation & change management. He is the Head of Network Strategy at Novo where he is responsible for the design & implementation of a network of partner banks to support Novo's growth. He is originally from Spain & recently naturalized as a US citizen, & emigrated to this country in 2015 to pursue his career ambitions. He is a strong advocate of diversity & believes that the Fintech ecosystem benefits from allowing everyone to bring in their own perspective to solve the world's problems.
