Part celebration & part conference, the Wikipedia Day 18th Birthday Bash will be held onSunday, January 13, 2019at the Ace Hotel New York & hosted byWikimedia NYC. Part of a worldwide celebration, the day will feature keynote presentations, breakout group discussions, lighting talks & yes, cake. Wikimedia NYC is especially interested in seeing newcomers join experienced Wikipedians/Wikimedians on this day, so step right up.
Wikipedia Day is welcome to all & free to attend! Please consider supporting its success by donating your time or funds to help cover expenses such as travel scholarships & cake (be sure to write "Wikipedia Day" in the notes!).
