You've got to start with the customer experience & work back toward the technology, not the other way around. - Steve Jobs
An amazing customer experience is undoubtedly a substantial competitive advantage for startups.
Even more so when it comes to B2C startups where there are several competitors & similar products for any niche. In many cases, an early-stage B2C startup may struggle to compete on price, or features, but they can win out by focusing on customer service.
And when founders make customer experience core to their business, they'll find themselves netting several benefits: revenue (happy customers will keep coming back), marketing (they'll tell their friends), & product development (you'll learn what the best & worst parts of your product are).
Join us as we discuss customer experience, & what it takes to build out a thoughtful strategy that makes sure your company leaves the best impression on your customers at every touchpoint. We'll cover
Creating a customer experience strategy
Collecting feedback on your product & iterating
Leveraging customer experience for marketing, sales, product, & more
Measuring the effectiveness of your service
Designing a user-centric product
