Fireside chat: We will cover topics such as the startup founding journey, VC vs. founder life, growing your personal brand, getting your startup acquired, biggest challenges faced (including common legal issues faced by startups) & how to overcome them. There'll be time for open Q&A as well!

Speakers:
Zoe Leavitt: Zoe is a VC-turned-entrepreneur, now building at the intersection of web3 & alcohol. She was previously Principal at ZX Ventures (VC arm of AB InBev - the world's largest beer company). At ZX, she led early-stage investments in startups building the social experiences of the future: changing the ways we drink together, party together, make new friends, & more. She was also named LinkedIn's #1 Voice in Retail in 2018, & has >60,000 followers. Zoe graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations.
Agatha Kluk: Agatha is a Partner at Perkins Coie LLP, where she leads the company's East Coast Startup & Emerging Companies Practice. She was previously the founding partner at Kluk Farber Law, which was acquired by Perkins Coie in 2022. At Kluk Farber Law, Agatha represented entrepreneurs, emerging & growth companies, & venture funds, & advised them on day to day legal issues that arise during the life cycle of a growth business. She has also advised on Company Financings, Company Formations, Executive & Equity Compensation & Corporate Transactions. Agatha obtained both her J.D. degree & Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from NYU.
