Sales Engineers of New York (SENY) and Alpha Presales invite you to the first-ever SENY event at Amazon, Bryant Park offices. Come join us to see Rew Dickinson, founder of Alpha Presales speak on the role of emotional intelligence in consultative sales. This event will also feature a session by AWS SA leaders Zig Kuczynski and Joe Mann as they discuss the value of emotional intelligence and teach you how to blend curiosity, empathy, and effective communication with technical knowledge to build relationships and drive positive outcomes with your customers.
SENY was formed in 2018 to connect all current and aspiring SEs of New York area. One of the challenges we found was that a lot of SEs (current or prospective) did not have a community where they can discuss issues related to the field of sales engineering. During this talk, Rew Dickinson will provide you with tactical ways and exercises to personalize your communication not just to the buyer persona you're selling to, but to the individual person you're selling to as well.
Logistics: Please arrive at the Amazon, Bryant Park office (entrance on 12 west 39th Street) between 5:15-5:30 pm to give yourself enough time to check in and settle in.
