We'll break down topics such as startup law, fundraising, equity, founder relationships, intellectual property, hiring, contracts, & other common legal issues, while sharing practical insights through an interactive Q&A. Come with questions.
The formal event ends at 9:00 PM, but the space will remain open until midnight. Feel free to stay, continue networking, collaborate with other attendees, or get some work done.
