TOPIC: Cognizant Product VP on Product Management Driven Digital Transformation
Digital Transformation is critical to the ongoing success of nearly every company, however, the vast majority of these efforts fail. All too often, enterprises make the faulty assumption that digital transformation is simply about applying technology to existing processes, rather than fundamentally changing their strategic approach. As competition accelerates, how can companies de-risk the effort, while maximizing both business & end-user value? Cognizant Product VP Jeremy Horn joins Products That Count to share how product managers can be the driving force behind digital acceleration.
About the speaker: Jeremy Horn is an award-winning, product management veteran with 2 decades of experience leading & managing product teams. He currently holds the role of VP, Global Head of Product Management at Cognizant. Throughout his career, Jeremy has held various executive & advisory roles, from founder of several start-ups to driving diverse organizations in online services, consumer products, & wearables. As founder of The Product Group, he has created the largest product management meetup in the world of over 20k members, & hosts The Product Management Awards. Accelerating the next evolution of product management, Jeremy acted as creator & instructor of the 10-week product management course at General Assembly & The New School, & mentoring at Women 2.0 & Lean Startup Machine. He has been recognized as one of the Top 40 Influencers in Product Management, with recent speaking events with Bloomberg Beta Turpentine Talk & Samsung Next.
