By Subway & Tram (Most Scenic) Take the F train to Roosevelt Island station, or take the 4/5/6 trains to 59th Street-Lexington Avenue, then board the iconic Roosevelt Island Tramway. The Roosevelt Island Tramway provides amazing scenic views of Manhattan, running every 7-15 minutes from 59th street & Second Avenue in Manhattan to Tramway Plaza on Roosevelt Island.

By Subway Direct Take the F train directly to Roosevelt Island station. This is the most straightforward option, putting you right on the island. From the station, it's a short walk or free bus ride to the Cornell Tech campus.
By Ferry Take the NYC Ferry to Roosevelt Island Landing. This seasonal service offers beautiful water views & connects Roosevelt Island to other parts of Manhattan & Brooklyn.
By Car Access Roosevelt Island by car via the Roosevelt Island Bridge from 36th Avenue in Queens, then drive south down Main Street.
