A company's culture is the foundation for future innovation. An entrepreneur's job is to build the foundation. - Brian Chesky, Airbnb We've assembled a superstar panel of experts in recruiting, culture, & teambuilding because finding the right team to launch & grow a startup is one of the most difficult challenges any entrepreneur will face. It requires a thoughtful sense of what your still nascent company's needs will be over the next 1-3 years, a vision for what kind of culture & team you want to build, & the logistical chops to run a good recruiting process. But that's only the beginning. Onboarding your new team members & fostering a productive, good longterm working environment is an ongoing necessity for a growing company. And so is culture; it aligns your team & your vision, & helps you continuously hire the right people as you grow. Join us as we discuss these hiring, culture, & recruiting topics:

Hiring your first 10 employees
Hiring & recruiting strategies
Defining your company culture
Managing employee performance
The importance of diversity in the early stages (and beyond)
Managing a team through the inherent ups, downs, & changes of any startup
Handling problematic employees & conflicts
