When you build products for the enterprise, the person buying your product is generally not the same person who will be using your product. This means your solution has to meet criteria that might check all of the buyers' boxes but only some of the users' boxes. Understanding how to balance the needs of your buyers, stakeholders, & the business, against those of your users can be tricky, but at the end of the day, if you don't take care of your users, they will become the loud, squeaky wheel that forces your buyers to look elsewhere.
