Panel Speakers:

Alexandrea Morson | VP, Analytics Data & Innovation | Morgan Stanley - Alexandrea Morson is Vice President within the Analytics Data & Innovation team (AD&I) at Morgan Stanley. In her role, Alexandrea serves as a Product Owner supporting the integration & implementation of Generative AI initiatives that improves users' experiences (UX) & expands Morgan Stanley's AI strategy through digital engagement channels. Alexandrea joined Morgan Stanley in 2021 from previous roles at Comcast NBCUniversal, JP Morgan, & Blackrock where she had a career serving in various roles within the Conversational AI & Digital Client Experience teams. Alexandrea earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications from Penn State University & a Master's Degree in Human Computing Engineering & UX from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA

Melinda Lee, CEO, Founder & Start-up Advisor- Melinda Lee has been navigating the media & technology disruption wave for two decades, working with industry powerhouses such as BuzzFeed, Hearst, DotDash/Meredith, Getty Images, & MTV Networks (now Paramount). She also has extensive experience working with VC-backed start-ups & has advised more than eight start-ups founded by women & minorities. Melinda continues to drive innovation at the intersection of media & emerging technologies & has recently founded two companies in the AI space- Ainkur, a fine-tuning AI fitness platform for personal trainers & Roller Media, a media & tech firm that specializes in launching & testing new products in the content space. Her dedication to team building & diversity has been paramount in creating environments that fosters success during periods of change. Melinda has significantly influenced the transformation of the media industry through her work & continues to be a thought leader on how to navigate disruption in media.

Naomi Williamson | Content design lead | Google Gemini

Moderator: Matt O'Brien - Creator, Executive Producer, AI/ML & Entertainment. As creator of hit NBCU shows like NYC Prep (Bravo) & The Face (Oxygen), Matt O'Brien is a creative executive responsible for generating new television properties for entertainment studios like Jimmy Kimmel's Wheelhouse & EndemolShine (Masterchef & The Biggest Loser). Studying AI at Columbia's Fu School of Engineering, Matt uses AI/ML pipelines & data science tools as part of his development pipeline. Matt's latest series in development with Amblin Entertainment, "The Algorithm", asks a simple question "Does a computer know you better than your own family?" Matt has a JD from Georgetown Law & a degree in Game Design from University of Washington.
