Insights Matter! Conducting Great User Interviews in Innovation Projects During this workshop you will learn about and apply state-of-the art interview techniques and frameworks for user research to get to better results in your innovation projects.
Target Group This workshop is for individual participants that want to conduct better user interviews to find needs and insights that matter for innovation. What will we cover in thisworkshop?
On the first day participants will prepare and conduct open user interviews to find inspiration for an exemplary innovation projects. All participants will work in small teams that are guided by expert coaches. During three consecutive interview sessions, all participants will learn techniques to conduct great interviews.
On the second day, participants will make sense out of their interview results by comparing findings and searching for patterns that can lead to new product ideas. Expert coaches will provide frameworks that allow teams to play with data and find meaningful insights.In a final reflection, participants will transfer their learnings into their own user research planning.
