Arrival Instructions: Please arrive through the entrance at 515 West 33rd Street between 10th Avenue & Hudson Boulevard East. Take the escalator to the second floor. At the front desk, all guests are required to present a photo ID at check-in, as well as your QR code, which was emailed to you. If you do not have a QR code or cannot find it, tell the front desk your name. To the left, you will scan your QR code to be granted access. Turn left & take any of the elevators to the 32nd transition floor (there are no buttons). After exiting, turn right & walk until you reach the second set of elevators. Before entering the elevator, select floor 74 on the digital panel. This will take you to the ServiceNow office.
