This year, our objective is to facilitate a conversation between technology experts, policy experts, & providers about the technology tools that support a high performing medical neighborhood. This conference is funded in part by the Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative, a CMS funded program that aims to help clinicians achieve transformation that will help them maximize their success under the new MACRA law. The conference is free for NJII Garden Practice Transformation Network Enrollees, New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute Members, New Jersey Academy of Family Physician Members & NJII Health IT Connections Entrepreneurs & Partners.
