Denis Cranstoun, Director, Oberon Securities
Denis is a Director, bringing over 15 years of investment banking & corporate development experience, having advised Media, Technology & Tech-Enabled Services executives on 20+ M&A, debt, & equity transactions exceeding $4 billion in aggregate value, as well as on a number of strategic growth initiatives. Denis earned his MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University; a Master's in Media Management / Integrated Marketing Communications & a BA in Pre-Med from the University of South Carolina.
Scott Behar, Partner, Morrison Foerster LLP
Scott Behar is a corporate partner focusing on complex M&A transactions for technology companies. Scott represents public & private technology companies in a range of strategic transactions, including mergers, stock acquisitions, asset acquisitions, carve-outs & divestitures. He regularly advises on both the buy-side & sell-side, & has significant cross-border experience. Scott practices in a variety of areas within the technology sector, with a particular interest in games & interactive entertainment.

Zainab Abdullah is a partner in the Emerging Companies + Venture Capital practice.
