Phil Contuzziis a Senior Sales Manager at Zocdoc, an online medical care appointment booking platform, where he leads the outbound & inbound sales teams. After producing music for two years post-college, he was hired at Zocdoc in 2013 as a Sales Development Representative. Eventually, Phil moved on to do everything from closing business to managing other Representatives to sales enablement & training. He currently manages Zocdoc's AE & SDR managers & is passionate about scaling teams by hiring for the right traits & creating a repeatable process that gets results.



Ashley Ellefsonis the Director of Operations at the Drone Racing League, the premier international drone racing circuit for elite pilots. A 2017 Connect Sports Game Changer, Ashley has been recognized for delivering & producing all of DRL's races from start to finish, bringing the sport of the future to life through complex, three-dimensional racecourses in iconic venues across the globe. Prior to DRL, she served as the Vice President of New Event Development at Tough Mudder, where she developed & codified all of their event operation standards, including health & safety, vendor management, & live event on-site operations. Prior to Tough Mudder, Ashley worked for two years in New Zealand, organizing conferences similar to TED Talks for more than 1,000 attendees.
