<P><SPAN STYLE="font-size: medium;"><STRONG>Erik Nordlander joined the GV team in 2010 as an engineering partner. He is based out of New York City.</STRONG> <STRONG>Along with his technical knowledge, he brings expertise in building top notch engineering teams & scaling complex systems.</STRONG></SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN STYLE="font-size: medium;">Prior to joining GV, Erik led the team that built Google's next generation display ad serving system. He helped Google's acquisition & technical integration for Doubleclick (DCLK) & led a team that built statistical modeling & machine learning models for Google's ad businesses. Erik was also a developer on Google's core engineering infrastructure, including a distributed file system that key products, such as Google.com & Gmail, rely on today.</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN STYLE="font-size: medium;">Erik studied computer science & engineering at MIT, where he did his graduate research at the Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence Laboratory on unique data extraction & disk forensics.</SPAN></P>

<P><SPAN STYLE="font-size: medium;">Prior to forming HealthKick, Erika worked in financial services at GE Capital, where she also managed the business' corporate wellness program. Erika joined GE Capital after graduating from Columbia Business School in 2011. She began her career at Fieldstone Private Capital Group, an investment banking advisory firm she joined after graduating from Princeton University in 2003.</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN STYLE="font-size: medium;">Erika is a member of 37 Angels, an angel investing organization, & has advised multiple start-ups in the fitness space. As a former athlete, she is an avid health & fitness enthusiast & is passionate about helping others on their wellness journey. She holds leadership roles in Women In America, an organization of C-suite executives mentoring the next generation of female leaders & the Princeton Alumni Association.</SPAN></P>
