Meet the Speaker: Shilpi Roongta
Shilpi Roongta is a Product Manager at The Knot, an XO Group brand. She creates experiences that help couples confidently navigate the difficult & stressful journey of wedding planning. She loves that product management sits at the intersection of business, technology, design & psychology. She particularly enjoys being able to use the craft to solve real life problems facing consumers she can empathize with. Prior to The Knot, Shilpi was a Product Manager at the real estate tech startup, Compass, where she led expansion of the consumer website from 1 to 8 cities across the U.S. Before pursuing product management, Shilpi was a technology consultant at Accenture where she advised Fortune 500 companies on SaaS technology implementations to better improve business processes. Shilpi has a BA in Finance & Marketing from Northeastern University.
