As a Product Marketing Manager (Customer Advocacy) you will work across marketing, product management, and sales to develop & evangelize customer success stories internally & externally. 

Key responsibilities  
Manage an ongoing cadence with account executives & customers (through account executives) to gather customer data & translate them into sales & marketing assets
Be an internal expert on successful use case deployed across WorkFusion's customer base
Manage & grow WorkFusion's customer advocacy program
Identify & keep a pipeline of customer references for marketing events, case studies & PR
Guide, create & deliver compelling customer success stories to communicate value to the market
Ensure that customer stories are consistently communicated through different formats & channels
Enable lead generation, account-based marketing, BDR & Sales initiatives with relevant success stories
Establish banking domain expertise: Identify key market trends across global regions, know the needs of existing & prospective users across unique segments-how they think & what they want in our products.
Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor degree, MBA is a plus  
2-3 years of relevant B2C experience
Excellent writing & story-telling skills
Fast learner: able to develop industry / function expertise to understand customer pain points
Good business acumen, analytical skills & attention to detail
Comfortable with fast-paced environment, change & ambiguity
Excellent interpersonal skills & customer-first mindset
