The Publisher Professional Services team is hiring a Solutions Manager to work with exciting, premium clients in digital media & create real impact in the way the discovery experience is perceived & implemented. The Solutions Manager will work closely with Taboolas top clients, provide hands-on implementation expertise, & become a trusted source of technical understanding & know-how. The Solutions Manager will coordinate multiple projects with short, & sometimes competing, deadlines & an array of ever-changing details, & do it all with a great service attitude.

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 4+ years of total experience, at least two in a similar position of technical account management, solutions engineering, pre-sales or technical project management
  • Experience in managing integration projects including internal & external resources such as R&D & Product Management  
  • Hands-on experience with web development technologies; demonstrable experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is a BIG plus
  • Proven & significant experience working with customers around the globe
  • Excellent written & verbal communication, & presentation skills including demonstrated experience communicating technical information to customers
  • Experience in the media/internet/advertising technology industry a significant advantage

In this role you will:

  • Provide technical consultation to enterprise publishers in choosing & delivering a suitable solution for their needs
  • Own communication & serve as technical project manager for the implementation of Taboolas products for assigned accounts, working closely with Taboolas Account Management team & corresponding client contacts
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Taboolas publisher product offering, & perform hands-on implementation of these products utilizing internal tools.
  • Diligent troubleshooting of technical issues, identifying & resolving issues whenever possible, & escalating issues via internal channels as needed for resolution.
  • Comprehension of data in order to identify optimization opportunities & abnormal trends
  • Management of numerous assignments & resources in parallel, prioritizing customer requirements & managing across internal departments
