The Manager, Technical Program Management, will support a team of highly skilled Technical Program Managers who plan, execute, & deliver complex technical programs that align with CLEAR's strategic goals. You will play a critical role in developing the team & influencing engineering & Technology at large driving cross-functional teams to increase efficiency, promote innovation, & support continued growth for CLEAR.

What you'll do:

• Lead, mentor, & develop a high-performing team of TPMs, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, & excellence
• Define the vision, strategy, & roadmap for the Technical Program Management department, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the engineering, product, design, & security teams to drive the successful delivery of complex, large-scale projects
• Identify opportunities for process improvement & standardization, implementing best practices in project management, risk management, & resource allocation
• Establish & track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of both the Technical Program Management department & engineering teams, driving data-driven decision-making & continuous improvement

• Program quality implement effective quality control measures & process improvements
• Stakeholder satisfaction program delivery through effective communication, stakeholder management, & meeting or exceeding program goals & objectives
• Development & retention of top talent grow & develop the Technical Program Management team, as evidenced by a high retention rate & employee satisfaction rating on the team

The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
