ABOUT THE ROLE:
The People team at Reonomy is in search for our first Senior Manager of Talent! We envision this person will be energized to lead & manage a team of skilled recruiters in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will take full ownership of executing on talent strategy, ongoing DIBE initiatives, talent branding, & more! We'll also look to this person to run full cycle recruitment & hire exceptional talent for senior level & Executive searches. As our Sr. Talent Manager, you'll be responsible for building & maintaining a positive culture of collaboration & feedback to ensure team members are following hiring best practices & performing at the highest level.
