LaunchDarkly is looking for a strong & experienced leader to join our fast growing marketing team. As Director of Sales & Business Development, you will manage & grow our existing SDR/BDR team encompassing both inbound & outbound prospecting, meeting setting, & lead qualification. You & your team will work closely with Marketing & Sales to build pipeline & generate new opportunities for our inside, field, & strategic sales teams. You will set the strategy & manage initiatives for the SDR/BDR team that will ensure our sales pipeline & revenue targets are not just met, but exceeded.

You will be responsible for managing & growing a world-class SDR/BDR team, ensuring that we have the people, process, & technology in place to help scale LaunchDarkly  now & into the future. LaunchDarkly is a rapidly growing software company with a strong mission & vision carried out by a talented & diverse team of employees.
